Fossil Goniatite FOMISC-X23
An attractive cluster of Goniatites from Erfoud, Morocco. The Goniatites themselves are a very dark Brown to black colour, which have been painstakingly drawn out over many hours from the grey limestone matrix. Whatever happened at this site 300 odd million years ago, it was a very bad day for Goniatites. Very Rare to get multiple Natural Goniatite specimens .A Certificate of Authenticity is included., Unidentified species, Approx 28cm x 25cm. Devonian period approx 380 million years old, from Merzouka, Erfoud, Morocco.
